So you are saying insiders can not buy shares but can grant themselves options. Give your head a shake and look at recent NKO insider buying, they know a lot more than VST. But you may be right as NKO is being investigated already for bribery and options fraud.

VST insiders have never purchased one share on the open market, they only load up with free options.

Results are not pending, they are just starting to drill again.
