Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Hey, Baron, I think you would be wise to stop your gloating. While recent developments are welcomed by all investors in PCY, the facts are that NKL has gone from
.12 before the merger to
.28 now, adjusted for the consolidation, and theat PCY still is quite a way from its recent high of $1.25.

Be happy when we reach a new high. In the meantime, hold off on calling people idiots.
