Lost 1.85 million last year

They lost 1.85 million last year . Granted spent some on new equipment but bought it on financing. Company president quits just before Julys results are in. Stock price is falling and thinly traded . What makes you think anything but more bad news is coming.? Look for another private placment with high intrest rate to follow.
