LEEWARD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The board of directors of Leeward Capital Corp. is pleased to announce that the company has, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, arranged for a $100,000 non-brokered private placement. The share price for the private placement is 10 cents per share with a warrant exercisable at 25 cents for a period of two years. A finder's fee consisting of 10 per cent of the proceeds raised from the private placement and 10-per-cent broker warrants also exercisable at 25 cents for two years will be paid.
