Barry resource is NI 43-101 compliant already and will be updated within 6 months -----Bonterra has no announced plan yet to even file a 43-101.

Barry is a proven producing property (20,000 oz last year) -----Bonterre is at least 3-5 years away from production EVEN IF they get a favourable 43-101 resurce, and EVEN IF they can get the funding to develope it.
