swpb, you have to keep in mind that the management does not take in a large salary compared to some other companies. Joanne Freeze took in under 100K last year if I recall properly. So options are a way of compensation as in all other companies. And they don't even splurge on those. I would also like to see them buy more shares but....

As for Amerigo selling 5M shares, I believe the company needed cash for their own business. That was the reason for selling.
