Sorry to but in here but positive cash flow infers there is operation set up and running . Sale of an asset is capital gain/loss situation ,more like selling an investment . Also it seems a bit of a streach that there could be mining going on @ MB by 2014 . Aside from all the normal feasability ,drilling ,permitting,permit appeals,equipment ordering,mine building,staffing there are specific hurdles with MB in that it is isolated far from hydro and there are |First Nations well entrenched there who will no doubt want to shakedown the company and government . Aside from all that i am not set on this becoming a cash flow company as there is lots of time and float space left to drill up a few mil ozs say 5 . Ozs in the ground should increase in value as gold goes up . Investors are better off to have lots of potential in the ground that can be bot out by large co than an ongoing clunker of a mine trying to be run by a little junior .
