Anything linked to government takes forever.  If Queen's ran all those tests it would likely be double the time to get them done.  Time is money with this company and it makes more sense in many regards to go the CRO route.  Queen's would have been cheaper, but would have taken longer....Therefore they actually would have cost more when you take into consideration the burn rate.

Big Pharmas need certain testing to be done before their fork over millions.  Something where they can compare apples to apples.  I think we are almost at that stage.  Business model still states end of phase I before a reasonable deal could be made.  I have heard a price Stormont is looking for in order to part with their shares, and it definitely isn't 8 cents, or 10 cents, or 20 cents.  Buying in at 20 cents last year, and again at 14 cents this year tells you it's substantially higher than that.
