RE: RE: RE: RE: management shift"Cardu, you blame management for the collapse in Oncolytics share price! "
No, I blame management for missed timelines and interminable Phase 1 trials. Read Sharkfood's posts to get an inkling of what I mean. They succinctly explain the problem. The market, if it has no confidence in the management of a company will keep the shares low.
"Your examples of leadership miss the mark. The UK hacking debacle is about the power and influence of Rupert Murdoch. The episode has shown him and his empire as having no respect for the law or to individuals in a time of sorrow. The roots of the current US budget debacle go deep. The US bail out of Wall Street over the securitization of substandard mortgages is a major factor. If the public became aware that the “market price is fair” is a myth, there would be little support for the dirty dealings of market players. "
As far as the problems in the UK and the US are concerned it is precisely the lack of strong, and honest, leadership that has led to the problems that you list.
As far as the price "collapse" you mention, I have a certain number of shares that I trade and have made a tidy profit doing so. I'm getting concerned that time is running down on our patents and the possibilty that another company will "jump the gun" on us.
