Cobriza could be a possibility for the delays but there would really be no reason for it. We vote for it at the AGM and they implement the new company weeks later or whenever they're ready. The vote is what is important at the AGM. Implementation does not have to occur at the same time.

Those were the plans to begin with when the meeting was re-schedule for Aug 4th and the new company was not set to go live later in August.

We haven't even been given the deadline date yet for owning DNT in order to get Cobriza shares. That will have to be announced several weeks beforehand. That deadline was to be around mid August.
