I am expecting dilution, I am just trying to wrap my head around what "good" terms would be. If they prove 1B+ reserves, and the feasibility studies come in on time, what would a decent off-take agreement look like, and at what price? (assuming the macro environment is still stable)
Also, not that it matters, but with iron ore prices this high it doesnt seem like you would need to have as many off-take agreements to appease investor concern over "long-term demand stability."
The other thing I am trying to understand is the projected future development of the area relative to existing rail and port capacity. With existing mines "ramping up" production and projects like alderon developing on a "fast track", is there enough infrastructure to handle that type of volume say 7 years from now? Is it possible if production begins on time in 2015 that they will have significantly under-estimated transportation costs?
