RE: Forrester JV-Reyna/Las Princesas

RE: Forrester JV-Reyna/Las PrincesasWell it looks nobody visits this board any more, but still I would like your feedback about this Las Princesas deal, still thinking this is not a good deal for shareholders, getting too little IMHO
...and I dont like the fact that Vena didnt even bother to post the completiion of the JV on their own website
(from forrester website: https://www.alphatrade.com/news/stories/AM/2011-06-22/CCN/201106220842CCNMATHWCANADAPR_0707223001.html)

These forrester guys were created just to buy Las Princesas, there's something here I dont like, including this line:
" For certain corporate reasons and reasons unknown, such holes have never been followed up by either Ballad or Vena", or "The property has been dormant since Vena acquired it in 2004, and for some time before that by Ballad, for corporate/financial reasons and the promising anomalies and drill intersections have never been followed up"

Forrester also says in their website "focusing on assets that have been looked over for reasons other than their technical merit. "
So why was Las Princesas looked over by Vena?
Somebody please tell me this is a good deal (Fleed?)
