I'm involved in a class action where I didn't even know I'd suffered loses.  As far as I can see from the papers which allow me to opt out, one guy represents the class, a law firm is taking the case for 25 per cent and a judge certified the suit.  Anyhow, that's how I undestand it from what I received.

Maybe it's different in other provinces.
