RE: RE: RE: time to move back up againRborhi, unless the buyer got Aguilla for the exploration costs with perhaps a small premium, it could not justify the purchase to its shareholders (or itself) and would leave itself wide open to legal exposure. In other words, the property would have to be stolen by the buyer at the expense of the DRV shareholders which we must assume DRV management would never let happen. That is one reason why 43-101 feasibliity studies exist as then both parties can agree on a value based on an independent credible study.
