It's important to note that interviews and tapings, I assume, are not done one day and put on the website the next day. We see this is with the May Milling Launch in May, yet nothing as of July 22.

Al…on November 18 you had an interview with Rod Husband ofMajestic Gold. At the time you indicated you did own shares and wouldprovide 3 days notice if you decided to sell. I can’t find anyinformation on the site that indicates you did disperse of yourholdings. Should Majestic be on your holdings list from July 8th?

    HI Rob,

    One further thing.

I do not have to disclose buys or sells three days prior as I now do.

The reason I do it now is because I realize that listeners follow what I am doing. They assume, rightly so, that I only invest in companies that I think are good situations for myself and my wife. I did not realize that listeners were following what I was doing closely. When I did become aware of that, I felt that I was obligated to let everyone know exactly what I was doing. This is now my policy even though I am not legally obligated to do that because I stress that I am not an investment adviser and I am only discussing what I am doing.

My policy is that I now disclose three days prior to any sale or purchase. Why do I do that? Simple, it is morally correct. I wish everyone in our business did that.

Anyway, I will get the dates to you tomorrow.

    Thanks for bringing this up.

    Big Al

Thanks Al. You did indicate on November 18 that you did own shares and also said that three days notice would be given in the interview with Rod. Can you let me know when that three days notice was provided.

      Hi Rob,

I, in fact, placed a sell order for my remaining stock in Majestic on November 15th. This stock had been awarded to my company about two years earlier as a settlement of debt.

I did a bit more research. I sold my stock at the absolute low price for the period beginning about one month earlier (October).

Since my sale, the stock has traded consistently higher. Today it is trading at a price that is 25% higher than where I sold it.

As it turns out, the interview was valuable for anyone who purchased the stock at that time.

I did the interview so people would be aware of the positive direction of the company. I guess that the looser here (in terms of share price appreciation) is Big Al.

      Hope that answers your concerns,

      Big Al
