Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

NKL Holdings Value Now Showing up

NKL Holdings Value Now Showing upAs I noted when the stock was trading in the low 70's, the MKT was not paying attention or crediting the right value to PCY in its 42.5% holdings of NKL. Last two days seems MKT is finally waking up and investors are now realizing the Value that is hidden in PCY, besides the Coal operations.
the question will be how much will the MKT value NKL. There is significant accumulation in NKL you can see the buyers coming in, excluding the day traders. Also, the question now is will some one come in quickly and try and make a deal for NKL, don't say its too soon, there is history, where a few drill holes led to a quick and nice buy out, Arequipa ( spelling) in Peru - a few excellent drill holes Barrick ran to the property and did some drilling and made an offer.
PCY is still an excellent buy here around 96 cents.
Also, the coal operations as the ramp up and the power station this to is a natural buy out, export to China and Russia, here we can see an Australian company or Russian or Chinese coming in.
