It appears that at this point there will be no take over bid at 1.50 as earnings are comming up by the 15th and there is no time for them to do this.  I totally agree that earning will be great, however, with no fund or institutional interest, I feel that the result will be the same as the last great earnings release, unfortunately.  And unfortunately, there is nothing we as minority shareholders can do about it.  How long are these russian sobs prepared to wait before they realize we will not sell and this all depends about how desperate they are to do their IPO.  If not that desperate, then it is in our favour because gold is going to continue to go up and silver probably even more to more realize its ratio of 16 to 1, which will eventually happen and when it does, then we are off to the races with our prize Prognoz, so as far as I am concened, take your time you Russian bas-rds, and we will realize an even greater return in our investment.
