RE: Longford - Vast Merger

RE: Longford - Vast MergerHi Buzzword,

They have misled investors for sure.  The selling is a prime example of how investors feel about the management of this company.  Investors are cutting their losses and moving on as they don't see much value here.  The sp is at a multi year low for very good reasons and further decline is certainly not out of the question.

I hope I am wrong on my analysis, but these management clowns are not to be trusted.  They are on the level of Maysteeler and Taxidiot for honesty and integrity.

When I hear that it is low volume selling, I laugh at that.  Think about it, when someone has millions and millions of shares, do you think they will put a sell order all at once?  If they did, the sp would plunge in a heartbeat and they would not get the best price possible.  Therefore, they will manage the selling in a way to ensure they get the highest price until they deplete all their shares.
