Hi Merlin, yes, 'same stuff' in regard to the large strategic project outlays, but this is an important extension, phase II, call it what you like but they're offering new concessions and that's a big thing and long overdue. The difference is the MRNNR article carries a 5.71MB PowerPoint presentation, approx. 30 pages, which includes legal and regulatory, lists the second wave of mining projects, a few plates of tax/royalty comparisons and other topics.
