Yet another dumb statement.
CPG already owns 20% of ARN at bargain basement prices, so they can afford to pay more than any competitior.
CPG can use their own over-priced shares to finance the buyout.
CPG is not going to steal ARN from us, and I have no idea where you come up with these ridiculous notions. ARN's management owns shares too, and they will want as high a price as possible, just like we do.
