Potential 22 Bio-Refineries Needed?...Again, taking into consideration that the industrial scale market opportunity for HP-L Lignin is US$2 billion, this would relate to an approx. annual production of 1.33 million tons of product to meet demand.
Unless there are plans to build bigger bio-refineries, LEC and/or partners would have to construct 22 plants if they were to potentially meet demand of 1.33 million tons HP-L Lignin production annually. That would relate to each plant manufacturing 60,000 tons annually HP-L Lignin along with 20 million gallons of ethanol as a by-product.
Considering that sales of HP-L Lignin would offset the costs of producing the ethanol, LEC is looking at very healthy cash flow numbers, and that would come about with no need for Government subsidies unlike what all other ethanol producers rely on for their business to survive.
Time will tell, but if all goes well this could lead to exponential gains to shareholders in the next 12 to 18 months. atb
