Norra Metals Corp. is a Canada-based precious and base metals exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of resource properties. Its Norwegian assets include the Bleikvassli polymetallic, zinc-copper-lead-silver underground mine project and the Meraker copper-zinc- gold exploration project. It also holds a 100% interest in the Pyramid copper-gold porphyry project located in Northwest British Columbia. The Pyramid Property is located approximately 65 kilometers (kms) north of Dease lake in north-west British Columbia. The Meraker property is composed of approximately 21 contiguous mineral licenses totaling 206 sq. km in the Meraker municipality of Trondelag County, Norway.

Two years ago in Oct. '09 I got a bonus and invested it all in OK @.96 (not bragging I just remember the amount,  When it rose to 1.78 I sold half because I thought it too risky.  At the time PAA was at  $30 so by comparison of just that moment in time OK hasmore than tripled and PAA is basically the same.

I'm starting to think ORKO keeping 45% of the mine is the best option.

If they offer shares I'll sell the ones in my RRSP and TFSA and keep the shares in my regular until Jan. 2012 for tax reasons.
