Can anyone link me to nexens 16 billion barrel cla

Can anyone link me to nexens 16 billion barrel clai read a few posts that mentioned nexen claimed there could be 16 billion barrels in long lake and the other 3 leases. i would like a link to where they said that.

the way i'm looking at it, if for the last 2 years we've been looking for a buyer why haven't we been drilling the crap out of our leases and proving up as much oil as we can? it's not too late either, we could take the warrants and drill the crap out of everything. if we prove up 5 billion barrels, get bought out for $5b (would be way more) we'd get $5 billion / 125 million = $40 per new share.

the next slide in CNOOC's presentation is going to be about how they got 5 billion barrels, a producing oil plant and orcrude technology off of the stupid Canadians for a measly $2.1 billion
