FIRE TMX Compliance Staff !!!!

FIRE TMX Compliance Staff !!!!What is the point of having a compliance department with checks and balances if they are going to allow this type of garbage to occur ?

This news was released pre-market on Friday and you cannot possibly let it double or triple on massive volume without "someone" asking questions to confirm. LET ALONE wait all F%$#@ day so that it gains over 700% and trades over $20 million so that massive losses occur for everyone after the first hour of trading !

This is complete insanity. The company CEO needs to resign and there needs to be a huge shakeup at the TMX. Even if everyone employed there was on holidays Friday and the interns were running the place, a group of monkeys could have made a better judgement call if they came to this conclusion on Monday.

This is incompetence on a GRAND scale and a huge black eye for the TSX.V and the TMX. After the first couple hours of trading on Friday, they should have halted this stock and came to the same conclusion. Not on Monday. I was in cheap and lost the gains, but it's everyone else I feel very bad for as those are not just paper losses but hardcore monetary losses.

And all because BER management are morons and TMX compliance grossly incompetent.  This isn't the bloody Pink Sheets in the U.S.
