This now completes the largets single cash in flow that white rock has had in its histroy.
They
have completed the recent 2 deals; Toronto & London ont.
Following which they still had 25 mill cash on hnad.
now they have 35 mill, cash on hand.
The Prospectus reported , prior to the offering that they had a 3rd deal in the line up totalling 77 million.
The proposed AFFO increase of that was not disclosed & I suspect was contingent on the additionaly 10 million.
Now , the next news should,be the 3rd deal and/or Jason's bonus adjutments which will hopefully be better accepted by the public.bottom line
Distribution is very secure & at 8.6% or so.....a screaming buy.
The brokerages just spent 10 million dollars at a street price of $13.30. They obvioulsy know more than most.
