RE: RE: RE: Back to square oneAnd...?  BFD did the same thing in Sept.10.  They published a news releasing saying it hit great grades, and a wide intercept.. Except they drilled parallel to the mineralization, but worded it in an oblique way.

It'd be like saying your mineralization was a sharpie marker, and you drilled it with a pen along its z-axis, and using that as your drill intercept.  It was intentionally misleading.

And the stock ran up 300%.  The next day BFD issued a restatement, shares tumbled 60%.  But the IIROC didn't issue a reverse trade.

It's the inconsistency that bugs me.. There's so much pump n dump on the tsx-v these days.  And so many newbs get burned, including me, when I first started trading 2 years ago.

And the IIROC is inconsistent on how it punishes these daytraders/boiler-rooms pump n dump outfits.

It irritates me that they get away with it.
