They may have cut a corner to speed things up, and there could be a little pis8uing match going on here between government regulator and fiu or the government, or union or the BEE. ANC wanting part of all business. FIu state they have 15KM of pipeline inspected daily.
If management are at fault they surely would not have made the statement we believe to be compiant with the law and seek settle this with courts.
It appears that someone or some organization did not want this operation to ever get up and running and i think its time for the email routine again that i mentioned.
