I couldn't pass up the $1.55 share price and BGM is now my largest holding.

I may be a rookie investor, but if you increase the resource base of a mining company and if you put several million into a company's bank account, that will fund their ongoing and future expenses and if a company happens to be mining an element that is selling at it's all time high, you would expect the company's SP to go up.
