Institutions wanting to buy will have to pay up now. The longer Mgmt sits on whatever news they have the longer they and their friends can buy this on the cheap.
I agree on your 1.94 touch call and if she trades over 1.96 I'm buying more as this will, in my mind, constitute trading on inside information, which is prevelant on the venture exchange.
