The recent expansion is white rock's first into the usa.
this one has excellent long term outlook.
As the canadian $$$ is presently at an all time high, any increase in the US$$ will directly effect the returns.
Eventually the u.s, markets will stabilize and whiterock will do well by these two deals.
considering the tenants are in for the lowest being 15 years, that is a wonderful long term cash flow generator.
