An interesting acquisition... 

I think the popular perception that the U.S. will dry up and blow away, is simply wrong.... and the alarmism over the "debt crisis" is overblown. After all, it's a fractional-reserve banking system, right?

U.S. institutional investors might become interested in Whiterock, even if the Canadians aren't.

Whiterock will be raising the distribution, not cutting it.
