From 43-101 report done in '08The Sullivan family owns the property 100% and BE  holds the lease on the property, which
specifically covers beryllium. In the State of New Mexico there are no mining claims on
private property.
 
The term of the lease is for 20 years (expires 2024)
My question is can anyone confirm that the lease covers anything other than Berylium?
Has the lease been extended at all? 2024 is only about 12 yrs away.
I only noticed these things after my Friday buys were reversed. Not very thorough DD on my part.
Would like some clarification before diving back in.
