Thanks for pointing out the cc.  I tried to dial it, but the recording no longer exists.  Judging from your response, I must have overlooked something obvious.  But what?  Are you implying that there are no costs associated with terminations of union staff in Switzerland, or are you saying that the costs are off-balance sheet and off-income statement?

I can see provisions and what the Swiss call "Silent Reserves", but I can't see a free ride.  I have brothers in Switzerland, and they confirm the general costs of a "Sozialplan".
