U.S. Default

U.S. DefaultHow much effect would a US default have on our grant money?   Would China pay us or is there a signed garentee this money will be delivered?  I Sold off a few shares @ 1.51 in anticipation of a potentail stock market mini plunge Aug 2 worldwide if scenerio does happen.
