i think they have at least 12.5% royalty.

check the news release. if they have 12.5% then they will have around 150 net to IFR with no cost. that will give you around 15k net revenue per day. almost 3m a year just one well. looks people finally notice how undervalue IFR is. stupid someone from 28 sold 100k. silly.
