La Cumbre is located within the Company's 100% owned Batero-Quinchia Gold Project. The Batero-Quinchia Gold Project encompasses multiple porphyry gold target centers. The Batero-Quinchia Project is located within the Municipality of Quinchia, Department of Risaralda, Republic of Colombia, approximately 55 kilometers (km) to the north of the regional capital, Pereira. The property consists of approximately 1,407 hectares (ha) tenement. Its new exploration drilling discovery at Matecana, located approximately 800 meters southeast of La Cumbre porphyry.
