Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: RE: RE: $3.30 NKL = $0.82 PCY

RE: RE: RE: RE: $3.30 NKL = $0.82 PCYI meant to add....I was real happy to see the Shareholders Rights Protection Plan put in, but I have been screwed in the past holding companies that had poison pills in place during a buyout because the offers were supported by BOD and plans were not put into action or left to expire?....I guess it all depends on who is holding the majority of the shares I guess..and what side of the table they are fed from.

I guess the huge holders should scrutinize and make sure the plan is approved and maintained.

Cheers
