Those will be the financials with the tale of the tape so to speak.

As we have already finished our year-end (June30th), their next quarter (July through September) should have some very interesting revenues from o4o as well as accelerated advertising dollars from itiBiti's KNCTR and perhaps some mobile app download revenues - though if they are letting them go for free I have NO issues with that, as it will expand the user base quite significantly, if not exponentially.
