The instruments for dermoscopy are inexpensive and well they should be..... They do nothing. All it is, is a glorified magnification device from what my co workers tell me at the Ministry of Health. VRS on the other hand does a lot more. It detects the most deadly cancers beyond the skin and on the skin.. ......I can't believe we are engaging this person over a toy. Seems to me that this is an attempt to minimize the effects of this device. As one said "this will replace the ct scan for cancer is more true than not.  In other words cause fear etc... Not very nice. Take the you and go play in your sand box. If you are American, you'll find that the left took the sand out of sand boxes.
