When a stock goes up and up and up and then won't go up anymore even in the face of good news, it starts to roll over and head back down because it's exhaused all the buyers. 

Interestingly enough, this P.O.S. has down nothing but go down and down and down  for what seems like forever.  Then, when just about the worst news that you can possibly imagine is piled on top of this dog heap..  not only will the dumb thing not go down any more... it actually starts to go up! 

What does that tell you?
