I don't believe they are doing anything of the sort. Every move seems to hide what they are doing. Why no announcement of "3 month financials ending May 31st on SEDAR dated July 27th, 2011". That is nice to know the company can stay afloat with that cash on hand. Wouldn't that have been an informative news release for investors? This company is a master of obscurity. It looks like we will all not know anything until it is sold. I still feel it is a good bet.
