Johnny.....  they are Masters all right  !.... and  i bet they'll have an Offer or two here soon. All by mid Audust, and perhaps a deal by early Sept... ( just hoping)    remember  they've been pitching this since July  first..... ... and its all closed  by early December w/ our checks in the Mail.  Tho I dont knwo when we will know about the offer.? May be a Confidentiality thing that we actually dont hear for a while. B/c the buyers will have BiG Contingencies in their Offers. ( just guessing) Finance contingencty, They'll do their Own Drilling  tests, lots of their own Geology Reports etc..... the Deal all pending on this stuff.  Anyone know how that'll wdork? Hearing along w/ IMG, its African Barrick, Lihr, Centimin, Harmony,, anglo ashanti interested. probably only 15 companies that could afford it, and want to do biz in W Africa..... gonna get a combo cash and stock deal. So its important we get a Big Solid Company w/ solid shares that wont go down w/ the deal.....Hearing Chet  finally wants out.....  and I'm guessing  we get $1.5 bln.... aslo ehard that b/c of some financing perk.... we'll egt 45%  vs the 43.5%
