In some ways they are like real estate---location, location, location. It is possible for a company that has not yet issued a 43-101 to have a healthy market cap just based on location and management. The HMC model in this case is another contributor. It is all a gamble, and people tend to allocate only a small amount of their resources to these spec plays. Specboy, I would like to think that your motives are altruistic and you are simply warning investors. I have done it myself in the past when I saw things that did not add up with other stocks. I issued my warning to all and got out, but only once. I did not keep going back and beating up on the stock.
