RE: SIMBA $10B- 25B TAKEOVER - CNOOC !!!!I hope your right with the takeover price but come on, lets get to a dollar a share first before we start talking billions in market cap, just saying.  Now that the debt ceiling has been raised the markets are poised for a run the rest of the year.  Personally I would be very happy if Simba gets close to .50 a share by the end of the year.  Happy trading.
