material information
material informationhandson, your soliloquy did not mention any of the discussions regarding projects mentioned in the MD&A. In the past, at higher SP, you went to great lengths to highlight that Royal Dutch Shell recommended Wavefront to Oman.
I noticed that both Pemex and Chevron (indirectly) were mentioned in the MD&A as well as a new employee from Baker Hughes.
Is it not significant that these fairly substantial developments did not require a NR when they happened ? In the past a 3 tool trial with a new company required a NR. It seems that Wavefront feels they are far enough along now that the expansion with a top 5 global producer, through a master agreement, did not even require a NR. I find that very encouraging. I am assuming that their mention of LOST HILLS was not BS and actually was a reference to Chevron.
Accounting Question: handson, your mention of hiding the details from forensic accountants at oil companies seems very accurate. You like the numbers. Is Holler correct that the options issued this quarter do indeed get recorded as an accounting expense? Thanks for any response.
