What I heard last week was that Beta testing was successfully concluded at three client sites. Apparently the new NOVA system ran exceptionally well. I assume an announcement has to be imminent. Last year at this time they were having the AGM. So I believe that if they run with past timelines, Mr. McInnes wants alot of excitement before the AGM. I'm hoping the AGM would be this month. Also I hear that there are several e-learning companies interested in NOVA and there are several proposals on the table with the likelihood of contracts being signed. But this type of negotiation seems to last forever. I've also heard that Mr. Gamell has left the company to seek greener pastures elsewhere but it was known for several weeks that the company wanted to hire someone more qualified to coordinate E-Learning and Mr. Gamell's expertise seemed to be more in the sales and distribution of their old CD-ROM learning base. So it seems it was more the company's decision than Mr. Gamell's. In regards to a PP, I don't think it will happen. I still believe that when contracts are signed there may be some money up front. Also the board members hold many stock options, but I don't know the exact number. And lastly, this brings us to the stock price. What a major disappointment! Is the share price low because of poor market conditions or are people getting tired of waiting for this company to deliver the goods? With all these excellent opportunities on the horizon, why is the stock price so low? Well, the answer is quite simple. Mr. McInnes is no promoter. He only envisions the future, not the present. To him, it is the speculators and manipulators that are impatient and slamming the price down. These individuals will probably be the same people who will jump back on the bandwagon and buy at loftier levels. But moi, a loyal shareholder will continue to hold my position and have even increased it lately, because I believe that Mr. McInnes will deliver the goods. NOVA will be state of the art and will be successful. The targeted market for e-learning is mind boggling. Loyal shareholders, Hang Tough.
