You need to keep an eye on both NKL & PCY. Anon is buying up NKL while dumping PCY

PCY take off agreements have been delayed for months. And they still have border problems. Maybe someone is trying to rebalance their portfolio?

I wonder who Anon could be? Look @ Insider trading after the market close to see if insiders are dumping PCY to buy up NKL. Or using NKL to push up PCY so they can dump. who knows.
