...its good to see the same old game plan is being used to pull a mine out of the ground .....don't hold your breath - AUA was (and is) simply a disaster. If you are not clear on understanding the connection between MOR and AUA - do some research on the team who ran AUA a few years ago...then look at the charts....Simply sad - very very sad. Do your DD on this project and be sure you understand the acumen of those at the helm.
