The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Volume

Once again I will ask, what is the consensus about the volume of this stock in the last 3 weeks? For a junior co. to have this type of volume in the summer on no news must mean something.
Any thoughts? I ask for the second time.
