Insider buys...business grows

Insider buys...business grows
Aug 03/11 Jul 29/11 Dzialowski, Ted Indirect Ownership Common Shares 10 - Acquisition in the public market 28,000

OK - so the purchase is not a big one in terms of dollars...but it is a good sign that a director/board member is buying in the market. You can google Ted and will find that he is the Chairman of Cleanol and Nutrilawn - both are Futura customers and both issue Aeroplan points...so if you need your lawn taken care of or your carpets cleaned use these guys...and in fact i will be using cleanol this month!

So why are we back down at 3.5 cents --- not sure if anyone else has noticed that the entire stock market has taken a severe beating in the last month...debt ceiling, european bailout etc. The uncertainty out there has been massive and most everything is down other than the price of gold and the cost of my gasoline at the pump.

Futura is a growing business on track to get to breakeven in short order -- people bailing out at these prices sit in two camps. The first camp is the one of impatient investors who were looking for a quick flip that never arrived...they really did not know what they were investing in and get scared when things go down and they bail at any price just to save their skin. The other camp is the computer camp that simply sells on momentum...these are programed trades that are triggered when momentum picks up in a direction..and become aggressive on the way down.

My personal opinion is that Kings Kid has it right in his stock price predictions...give or take a month here and there.

We've got cash, we've got a mgmt that is executing, we've got huge opportunities in the dealership networks across Canada, we've got bluesky in the US....and we've got a runway and time to execute which is what is happening.

Like all investments...not speculations....this will take time -- but it will happen. Enjoy the day -- and by the way, I am a buyer at 3.5 and have my bids in at 3 already in case some more panic sellers or computers want to help me out :)
